BURPEES AGAIN!!!!! 🙂 I was looking back at Octobers programming and realized I didn’t put in too many burpees so here we are making up for lost muscle!

Today’s Workout:

Strength:

Front Squat 6×6@70%

Met-Con:

3 Rounds

25 Burpees

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds

Finisher:

Max Plank hold
