Our story
What is Belgrade Fitness?
Belgrade Fitness is a non-traditional fitness facility and community fueled by ordinary people who have the desire to created a lasting relationship with health and fitness.
We started out as a CrossFit gym but have grown into so much more! We are still an official CrossFit Affiliate as well as a Certified USA Weightlifting Club. We work with all age ranges and ability levels and we have several programs available to accommodate all walks of life! We have expert level coaches who are ready to help you meet your health and fitness goals. While our group fitness model is still primarily CrossFit based, we understand not one size fits all. Which is why we have expanded our program by introducing, weightlifting programs, open gym style training, range of motion specialty classes, personal training, and much more.
Making the decision to join a gym is a great first step towards improving your health and quality of life. At Belgrade Fitness, we are here to help make your gym experience fun and effective. For over 10 years, our head coach and co-owner has been dedicated to giving people a great fitness experience while helping athletes of all fitness levels reach their goals.

Absolutely! We work hard to make sure all ability levels are able to get in the door and workout. In our group classes, every workout can be scaled or modified to fit the personal needs of our members. Our coaches are highly skilled when it comes to helping athletes get the workout they are looking for. Scaling workouts does not only mean scaling down. If you are an athlete looking for a little more and the workouts seem to be “easy”, we are more than happy to give you a little extra. Whether it be added strength, more volume, or higher intensity. Maybe group classes aren’t your thing and you just want a place to come train. Got it- we have an open gym only membership option!

We are located at 270 Floss Flats Rd Ste. E&F. in Belgrade, Montana. We are directly across from H&E Equipment Services and next to Walker Construction.
Please find our Schedule Tab at the top of the page for the most up-to-date class times. Notice on the Schedule we have designated “class times”. These are instructor lead classes with a pre-determined warm up, workout, and cool down. However, we are open (open gym) between classes for those who have a busy schedule or for those who would like to get in to work on skills and strength outside of class. Please know open gym will not have an instructor guiding you through your workout.

This question comes up a lot when the word “CrossFit” arises. To put it very simply, CrossFit is personal training in a group setting. One session of personal training cost on average $50/hour. Given most people should exercise at least 3x/week, this adds up to be $600/month. Most CrossFit gyms charge between $100-$250/month which is over 50% off of what is would cost to hire a personal trainer. Here is a great article explaining more about why CrossFit costs more then a “globo-gym.”
CrossFit Classes are 1 hour long. This includes your warm up, workout, and recovery. Most days, there is a strength portion, followed by met-con (metabolic conditioning. i.e. cardio), then a cool down or finisher. A coach will be guiding the group during the entire class, managing time, and of course making sure everyone feels comfortable and safe while learning movements correctly.
After your initial free introduction session, you will be able to sign up for a membership and start attending classes. Classes are not separated by ability level. Anyone who is a member is welcome to come to whatever CrossFit class works for them. In one class, you might see someone who has been doing CF for years, or someone who just started yesterday.
